  1. To identify where there is a large concentration of look-a-likes, but proportionately lower concentration of customers
  2. To identify where there is a high concentration of customers, but limited further opportunity.

The process is devised into three parts:

  1. We identify what is the concentration of customers by territory
  2. We then identify Independent look-a-like customers within the same territories who are not in the house file
  3. We are able to establish territory penetration
